What I do here:

As Managing Member, my role involves managing client relationships, helping to lead the firm’s business development initiatives and researching investment strategies for inclusion into our client portfolios. Today, the investment world is full of relentless change and evolution. With technological advances, investors are inundated with a constant news feed. The news impacts the value of their portfolios, which could lead to a change in investor behavior. It is our job to understand this data and provide guidance to our clients about what it all means and how it may impact their personal investment plan.

Why I love my job:

The trust, confidence and support we have earned from our clients is not something taken lightly. I enjoy the partnership and team approach we take when working with clients. It is our job to understand what they are trying to achieve and then tailor their investment plan to allow them to accumulate, manage and distribute their assets in a manner which helps them accomplish what is most important to them. Allowing our clients to focus on what they truly enjoy doing the most, rather than having to worry about their financial well-being is a wonderful thing.

Work History:

Prior to establishing MKT and Associates, I spent over 20 years in the asset management industry. Throughout that time, I was fortunate to work for nationally recognized asset management firms, including Russell Investments. My responsibilities included partnering with investment professionals who specialized in providing business owners, affluent families and non-profit organizations customized solutions for the complex issues they faced. I helped them focus on understanding their client needs, goals and objectives while delivering investment outcomes to assist their clients in accomplishing those realistic goals and objectives.

Education:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Carroll University

CIMA designation from the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania.

I was born and raised in Pewaukee, WI.

A Little Personal:

My wife Angie and I spend our family time traveling and supporting our kids Ayla, Cashman and Audrey as they participate in sports and school activities. I try to sneak out on the golf course when our busy schedule allows. Being a Wisconsin native, I enjoy cheering on my home state sports teams including the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.
